Day 1:  Friday

Guests arrived in St Andrews and were welcomed at the Old Course Hotel, where registration, welcome packs, and luggage handling were coordinated.

Coordinated coach transfers departed the hotel at staggered times, aligned with individual tee times.

From 12.20pm: Dumbarnie Golf Links
The opening round of the Invitational was played at Dumbarnie Golf Links. Tournament formats, scoring, and on-course guest support were managed throughout the round, with grab-and-go lunches provided during play.

Following golf, guests returned to St Andrews and checked into Old Course View Rooms at the Old Course Hotel.

The evening concluded with a private welcome drinks reception and opening meal in a reserved space at the hotel, allowing guests to settle into the event and socialise informally.

 

Day 2: Saturday

After a full Scottish breakfast at the hotel, guests transferred to The Dukes Course.

10.00am: The Dukes Course, St Andrews
Second round of championship golf, with on-site coordination and guest support throughout the day.

3.00pm: Exclusive Team Titleist Range Event
A dedicated Team Titleist workshop and range experience provided a clear brand focal point within the programme.

Guests returned to the hotel ahead of the evening event.

8.00pm: Private Closing Gala Dinner
A private gala dinner hosted at the Old Course Hotel, featuring speeches, presentations, prize-giving, and raffles. The St Andrews for Golf team managed the evening’s coordination to ensure smooth delivery.

Day 3: Sunday

Guests enjoyed breakfast before checking out, with luggage storage arranged for those extending their stay.

Optional Additional Golf
Shuttle services operated to the Eden Course at St Andrews Links for guests choosing to play an additional round.

Guests then departed St Andrews via pre-arranged transfers or continued with optional post-event extensions.

Optional Extensions

Recognising the international nature of the group, guests were offered the opportunity to extend their stay with additional nights and championship golf, allowing them to make the most of their time in Scotland.

The Team Titleist Scotland Invitational was a hosted, multi-day corporate golf event delivered in St Andrews for 72 international Team Titleist members.

St Andrews for Golf acted as the sole delivery partner to Titleist UK & Ireland, overseeing the design, tournament structure, guest coordination, and on-site execution of the programme. The event combined championship links golf, five-star accommodation, structured brand engagement, and seamless transport across multiple venues, creating a premium experience that remained relaxed and professionally managed throughout.
