As I mentioned, after day 1 of the school where we will discuss Jakes game and cover full swing and short game the following days will be flexible so to focus on the areas he needs to improve and switch facilities to use a couple that are more suited to better golfers. I will pick him up from the hotel each morning at a pre-arranged time and can drop him off after the sessions or he can use the practice facilities and its only a 10 minute walk back.
Accommodation: I have arranged for a Pilmour Double Room at The 3* Ardgowan Hotel for 5 Nights from 12th Feb 2023 on a B&B Basis. We use the accommodation a lot for golfers throughout the year, it is very centrally located, 200 yards from the 18th Green of The Old Course and a short walk from the main streets.

Getting to & from St Andrews: As discussed, if looking at public transport then we would advise getting the tram from Edinburgh Airport to Edinburgh Haymarket, then the train from Haymarket to Leuchars (60 -72 mins). Once there taxis should be sat in the rank and it is £15-20.00 to St Andrews or there are regular buses.
