Dear Michael,
As discussed, I have re-worked the proposal based on a shortened stay at Turnberry, an additional night to acclimatise, and less golf.
The trip has been created with the Team Titleist Invitational sitting centre stage from 14-16th July 2023. Before the event, you will spend 6 nights in the luxury 5* Fairmont St Andrews. A luxurious home away from home, the spacious rooms allow you to relax whilst away from the links. You will enjoy a full Scottish Breakfast each morning in the hotel and have access to all of the hotel facilities, bars, restaurants, courses, driving range and spa.
Whilst in St Andrews, there are ample opportunities for world class golf. Outwith the Titlesit event, you will play; Fairmont Torrance Course, The New Course or Jubilee Course, Kingsbarns Golf Links, and the all important Guaranteed Old Course.
The package included a guaranteed 2 ball on the Old Course on Wednesday 12th July. Michael, as discussed, there will be one ballot slot for you.
The Old Course, St Andrews – Ballot Process Explained: We will use the ballot method to hopefully achieve The Old Course, St Andrews for you…this cannot be guaranteed however we will ballot for 4-5 days whilst in St Andrews and coordinate the other courses and sightseeing activities around the success in this process. We will enter your name(s) 2 days in advance of proposed date with results released that day at 5pm. If unsuccessful all days, we will provide flexibility to allow potential play through the standby/singles list and if still unsuccessful, you will play St Andrews Castle Course and receive £140.00 credit for spend in St Andrews Links/Old Course Merchandise Shops, Restaurants and Bars.
After the round on at Kingsbarns on the 16th July, you will be transferred to the stunning west coast of Scotland to check in to the iconic 5* Trump Turnberry Resort for 3 nights.
Whilst in the West Coast, a delightful itinerary of courses awaits, including; Turnberry Ailsa, Royal Troon and Old Prestwick.
Each day your transportation to and from the courses is included in the package, the timings will be provided the day prior to play. All airport/hotel transfers, dining and sightseeing transfers will also be included.
A St Andrews for Golf PGA Professional agent will be on hand each day throughout your stay to coordinate the courses order.
