Instruction Facilities - St Andrews for Golf
St Andrews for Golf, PGA Professionals use the world class facilities at St Andrews Links throughout the majority of packages we offer. The facilities include:
- 7 St Andrews Links Golf Courses – Old, Castle, New, Jubilee, Eden, Strathtyrum & Balgove Courses
- Modern Driving Range with over 60 Bays, including 22 inside/under cover
- 3 Short game areas with multiple locations to play from and bunkering
- Large undulating putting greens
- Private Teaching Rooms
- Club Fitting Facility
- Restrooms
- Snack & Coffee Facilities
The PGA Professional will be using the latest HD Slow Motion video analysis equipment to complement they’re extensive tuition skills and provide a comprehensive experience. The pupil will receive a Free App to view and analyse swings.
St Andrews for Golf PGA Professionals are not employed by St Andrews Links Trust but are Authorised Users of the St Andrews Links Golf Academy.

At St Andrews for Golf we will help make your own memories and experience golf on the most sought after links in the world.
The Old Course is the undisputed Home of Golf, where golf was first played over 600 years ago. It remains a real test of golf for today’s champions. The fabled original links course is synonymous with The Open Championship which it has hosted more times than any other venue and will host for a 28th time in 2010. Despite its reputation and status, it is a public course and through St Andrews for Golf packages available for you to play.

| Handicap Requirements: | 24 maximum for Men, 36 maximum for Ladies. *Handicap Certificate/Card will be requested by starter* |
| Facilities: | St Andrews Links Clubhouse 500 yards from 1st tee, changing rooms, toilet and showers, bag storage, restaurant and bar. There is a shuttle buggy service to 1st Tee. |
| Driving Range: | 3-5 Minute Drive |
| Caddies: | Available on request £55.00 + tip |
*The Old Course option if bought through Gift Vouchers/Golf Schools/Experiences is achieved through the Ballot process unless stated Guaranteed. Ballot Tee Times cannot be guaranteed. The achieved Tee Time can be anything from 6.30am depending on time of year to 4-4.5 hours prior to sunset. The exact the tee time will be released 48 hours prior to play. If unsuccessful, the experience takes place on another St Andrews Links Course and the green fee difference can be used for merchandise or F&B in clubhouses.
